This is to sustain & consistently accelerate India’s remarkable growth w.r.t. Global economy in recent years, outstanding governance, a series of major reforms, creating favourable conditions for businesses, with transparent, long term and strong political conviction. ADR becomes extremely relevant, as mere Incentives, Subsidies and Trade Friendly Policies, Trade Pacts, such as Indo - UK, Indo - US, Partial Legal Reciprocity with U.A.E., are not enough to bring the comfort level for accelerated economic growth, even with countries where India already has deeply established industry - investment - businesses & trading relationships.

Uttar Pradesh, being the Largest State In India, has an edge, with multi dimensional advantages, resources, potential, transparent and strong political will, excellent governance, and outstanding law & order situation, with corruption free single window clearances, red carpet to a plethora of global & domestic industries, investors, businesses, setting up major manufacturing units among other investments, in multiple verticals. To instill further steroids of ultimate confidence in the Investors, supporting the massive influx of FDI & Domestic Investments coming to Uttar Pradesh, the State essentially requires an Ethical, Transparent, Fair and Robust ADR Mechanism, similar to Singapore, Dubai, London & Hong Kong, without interference from the Executive and the Judicial Branches.

The Law Minister Of India, concerned about the High Number Of Pending Cases In Courts, has Strongly Advocated for Strengthening Dispute Resolution through Mediation & Arbitration to Alleviate the burden on the Courts. Arbitration & Mediation are widely recognised as effective methods of resolving disputes without interference from Courts, which encourages overseas investments. This is because the ease of business and the amicable, ethical resolution of disputes are key factors in attracting and sustaining investments.
