Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War,' with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal, has commenced prep. Spotted outside Bhansali's office, Kaushal hints at a trimmed short beard look reminiscent of 'Raazi.' The film might go on floors in November or early December.
