AAP alliance could've helped Congress in Haryana, but just to boost its tally by 3

The absence of a Congress-AAP alliance in the Haryana assembly elections likely did not cost Congress the victory. Only in three of the 53 contested seats did AAP's votes exceed the winning margins, potentially adding just three more seats to Congress's tally.
