Jasprit Bumrah, previously vice-captain during the England Test series, will play as a regular member in the upcoming first Test against Bangladesh. No vice-captain has been named for this series. The first Test is set to begin on September 19 at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, followed by the second Test at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from September 27.
