Drug lawsuit against Snapchat can move forward: US judge

Relatives of over 60 children and teens who overdosed on fentanyl in the US have sued Snapchat parent Snap. The lawsuit alleges that Snapchat facilitated illegal drug deals and ignored evidence of drug dealers on their platform. The Social Media Victims Law Center is representing the families in the lawsuit, aiming to hold social media companies legally accountable.
