OpenAI's ChatGPT, used by 100 million weekly users, has a free version and a paid version. The free version, powered by GPT 3.5, may provide inaccurate or incomplete responses to medication-related questions. Pharmacists found that only 10 out of 39 responses were satisfactory. Google CEO Sundar Pichai also warned about the dangers of AI chatbots providing incorrect information. Microsoft and Google are working on improving the accuracy of their AI language models.
