The IMF has requested Pakistan to provide a draft of the investment policy currently being prepared and to ensure transparency in the operations of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) as the financially struggling country is looking for a new bailout package from the global lender, according to a media report on Tuesday. The SIFC was established in June last year under an "economic revival plan'.
