Indonesia's presumed new president Prabowo awarded four-star general military rank

Indonesia's outgoing president awarded Prabowo Subianto the rank of honorary four-star general. Prabowo, the presumed successor and defence Minister, won the Feb. 14 election with 60% votes. He denies allegations of human rights abuses. President Joko Widodo presented the distinction in Jakarta.
