The mother of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny has filed a lawsuit in the Arctic city of Salekhard, disputing officials' reluctance to release her son's body, Russia's state news agency Tass reported Wednesday. She appealed to Putin on Tuesday, asking the release of her son's body, who died at the Arctic prison colony where he was serving a 19-year sentence.
