'New counteraction': North Korea sends 300 more trash balloons south

North Korea sent 310 balloons with trash to South Korea in retaliation to loudspeaker broadcasts, a form of 'psychological warfare' by ROK, as warned by Kim Jong's sister, reported by Yonhap and Seoul's military.
