Actor Sahil Khan was arrested in Chhattisgarh after evading authorities by travelling from Maharashtra to Goa, Hubballi, and Hyderabad. He was apprehended at Hotel Aaradhya International and presented in Shindewadi-Dadar court. According to the actor's lawyer, "Sahil has been framed in the matter and been accused of promoting the app."
